SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Our standard shipment terms is EXWORKS,  on request avaliable these terms FOB – CIF – CFR – DAP  

  • The client is subjec to inpect all shipments upon receipt report any problems or errors to supplier within 2 weeks.

  • All shipments under BSLAB responsbility are insured againist any damage, harm during journey. Customers ,  requesting “delivery  without insurance ”  will be solely responsible for any claims.

  • Unless otherwise indicated all duties, custom charges and tax are charged to buyer.

  • Extra special packaging,  prevelidheg documents and paper fees are to be charged from customer.

  • All expenses incurred by the inspection firm will be the responsibility of  purchaser.  

Return & Exchange Policy

  • The purchase may claim to cancel  the order within 20 days upon confirmation.

  •  The 30 % production fee or deposit will not be refunded to buyer.

  • Product returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • If the problem about product is covered  warranty , the warranty returning procedure is to applied

  • All items purchased via a third party and customized, modified, dated or mutilated products are not accepted for return.
